Welcome to Donna Beauty Salon. By booking an appointment, using our online booking system, or receiving any service from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Donna Beauty Salon is a sole proprietorship located at New Arayat Market, 13 Malabito, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. We offer a variety of beauty services including haircuts, hair coloring, facials, waxing, lash services, and nail care. All services are priced per service, not by the hour, and prices may change at any time without prior notice. We do not offer price matching.
We accept cash only. No credit cards, debit cards, or digital payment methods are accepted. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. No deposit is required to hold an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, a no-show fee will apply, and future appointments may be declined until this fee is settled.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and/or the no-show fee may apply.
For your safety and the safety of our staff, you must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy before receiving any service. You must also inform your stylist or technician of any discomfort during the service. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if we believe the service may pose a health or safety risk.
We are committed to providing a relaxing and professional environment. Disrespectful or abusive language toward staff or other clients, harassment of any kind, and being under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service, end a service early, or ban any client engaging in such behavior, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
Results of beauty services may vary depending on individual hair type, skin condition, and other factors. While we take every precaution, certain services such as chemical treatments and waxing carry inherent risks. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge these risks and release Donna Beauty Salon from liability for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or unexpected results.
